Therefore, this study aimed to identify how sustainable teacher development impacts teachers’ digital literacy competencies. This study used a qualitative approach with interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) as instruments to gather data. The findings showed that preschool teachers’ digital literacy improved, particularly in their ability to create digital content for learning. The strategy to enhance preschool teachers’ digital literacy was conducted through a sustainable professional development scheme that placed the teacher community at its center, serving as a medium for teachers to develop their professional abilities. The program focused on three main schemes to improve teachers’ digital literacy skills: (1) self-development through Wakelet training to assist teachers in managing digital content in collaboration with other teachers, (2) conducting research-based learning to improve the quality of learning, and (3) fostering teacher innovation in developing teaching media that integrates technology into learning practices. The results of this study provide a significant contribution to exploring the schemes for preschool teachers’ professional development in improving digital literacy skills. Future research could capture more creative solutions to technical challenges in sustaining teachers’ professional development programs.
Hernik Farisia, Imam Syafi'i Copyright (c) 2024 Hernik Farisia, Imam Syafi'i https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://pasca.jurnalikhac.ac.id/index.php/tijie/article/view/820 Fri, 07 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The Role of Mobile Decoder Flashcards for Students' Learning Outcomes, Islamic Values, and Learning Motivation https://pasca.jurnalikhac.ac.id/index.php/tijie/article/view/983
Students, especially Muslims, are encouraged to consume halal and healthy food and tayyib (lawful). Boarding schools are formal educational institutions that systematically plan guidance, teaching, and training for students with the aim that students can develop according to their potential. The qualitative research method was chosen to explore in depth the social dynamics in boarding schools. Data were collected through interviews with students, educators, dormitory heads, and dormitory coaches, participatory observation, and document analysis related to discipline policies. The results of this study through sociological research, found that discipline occurs in boarding schools through the active role played by educators, dormitory heads, and dormitory coaches in enforcing the rules of discipline to form discipline in students. Disciplinary practices in boarding schools are carried out using two disciplinary mechanisms, namely supervision through disciplinary rules and sanctioning students. The implications of this article can provide insights for the development of disciplinary methods that are more effective and under the social needs of students.
Dwi Noviani, Muh. The role of families in creating moral and ethical ideals that will serve as guiding principles for individuals in their daily lives is of the greatest significance. The absence of moral education contributes to the increasing rate of infidelity within current society. This article aims to highlight various factors influencing moral education within the family and explore their connection to the tendency to commit infidelity. This research uses an extensive literature review to collect data from various sources. Researchers analyzed research, books, and articles on moral education in the family and infidelity and looked for relevant findings. The results show that self-preservation morals play a crucial role in preventing infidelity. A case of infidelity behavior is frequently associated with a consistent pattern of moral values instilled by parents, whereby those who have been raised in an environment characterized by honesty, responsibility and love, tend to exhibit similar actions after getting married. A responsible person undertakes parental duties by demonstrating affection for his spouse, like he loves his mother or sister, thereby preventing infidelity.
Salami Mahmud, Sakdiah, Fatmawati, Mashuri, Muhammad Furqan Copyright (c) 2024 Salami Mahmud, Sakdiah, Fatmawati, Mashuri, Muhammad Furqan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://pasca.jurnalikhac.ac.id/index.php/tijie/article/view/1111 Tue, 18 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Application of Curriculum and Management in the Existence of Madrasah Diniah Takmiliyah Awaliyah https://pasca.jurnalikhac.ac.id/index.php/tijie/article/view/1107
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the curriculum and management of Madrasah Diniah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA). This research is literary with a library research approach. Data sources are obtained from written works such as books, articles, etc. Then, the data analysis technique in this research emphasizes the process of comparative inference and analysis of the dynamics of observed phenomena using scientific logic. The research results show that curriculum implementation and management are very important elements for MDTA educational institutions. Researchers agree with several previous research findings, which state that MDTA management includes a curriculum development management process carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Furthermore, implementing the curriculum at MDTA is a strategy for achieving the institution's vision, mission, and goals. The curriculum review at MDTA consists of three stages. However, to maintain the existence of MDTA, curriculum uniformity and strengthening aspects of mastering more Islamic sciences are needed. At the same time, more modern MDTA governance or management and complete facilities are needed.
Ahmad Asrin, Syamsu Nahar, Nurmawati Copyright (c) 2024 Ahmad Asrin, Syamsu Nahar, Nurmawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://pasca.jurnalikhac.ac.id/index.php/tijie/article/view/1107 Thu, 27 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of Client-Centered Counseling with Self-Reflection on Overthinking Behavior of a Bilingual Islamic Boarding School Student https://pasca.jurnalikhac.ac.id/index.php/tijie/article/view/1187
This research explores an innovative approach to dealing with overthinking behavior in Santri at the Bilingual Islamic Boarding School in Krian, Sidoarjo, through Client-Centered Counseling with Self-Reflection (Muhasabah Diri). This topic involves counseling and psychology, focusing on changing the client's behavior and outlook. This study aims to test the hypothesis that the integration of Client-Centered Counseling with Self-Muhasabah will effectively reduce the level of overthinking among Santri. Using a quantitative method with a single-subject design of A1-B-A2, this study observed behavior before and after the counseling session. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires to measure the level of psychological distress. The results showed significant behavioral changes after the counseling sessions. Before counseling, the client showed overthinking behavior that led to self-doubt, excessive worry, anxiety, and difficulty adapting. After counseling, clients showed increased confidence in social situations, were calmer in facing challenges, and were more courageous in interacting with others, especially new people. This research highlights that Client-Centered Counseling with Self-Reflection is effective in overcoming overthinking behavior in students. The integration of Client-Centered Counseling which emphasizes active client involvement and Self-Reflection which focuses on introspection provides a comprehensive and relevant solution. Based on the research results, conversation forms often occur in both verbal and non-verbal forms. The verbal conversations experienced by the students are extortion, body shaming, kissing, igniting, and exorcism. Whereas the non-verbal negotiations that occur with the pupils are deliberately pushed and beaten. This beating is done between individuals and individuals, groups to individuals, and groups to groups. So based on that, the things that the 7 Makassar State High Schools are doing in dealing with the negotiations are forming anti-negotiation teams, socializing, forming pupils as anti-counseling agents, training teachers, training pupils, anti-conversion exhibitions for pupils and activating school committees and changing the learning paradigm between teachers and pupils.
Ratika Nengsi, Subaedah Copyright (c) 2024 Ratika Nengsi, Subaedah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://pasca.jurnalikhac.ac.id/index.php/tijie/article/view/1129 Sat, 14 Sep 2024 00:00:00 +0000
