This study aims to provide insight into how effective marketing management can improve the competitiveness of SIT in Indonesia while also influencing the number of registrations and stakeholder satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, document analysis, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The data obtained were analyzed through the process of reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion and validated using triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings. The results of the study show that SMPI Al-Azhaar Tulungagung has succeeded in implementing an effective educational marketing management strategy through careful branding planning, organizing resources and promotions, accepting new students, and quality control. School branding is built by prioritizing student achievement, OSIS leadership, publication of written works, and the Class Gazebo acceleration program. Resource organization is carried out by involving teachers, students, and parents in school promotion, while the promotion strategy combines digital and face-to-face media, including the parenting program (MAJELAS). The new student admission process is designed in stages to maintain quality and competitiveness. In contrast, quality control is carried out through evaluation of the quality assurance system and parental cooperation through the MoU. All of these strategies have a positive impact on parental satisfaction, strengthen the school's image, and increase the competitiveness of integrated Islamic educational institutions at the national level. The results of this study imply that planned marketing management, involving all elements of the school and integrating Islamic values, can improve the image, competitiveness, and satisfaction of stakeholders in integrated Islamic educational institutions.</p> Afiful Ikhwan, Fina Kholij Zukhrufin, Anisah Triyuliasari Copyright (c) 2025 Afiful Ikhwan, Fina Kholij Zukhrufin, Anisah Triyuliasari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://pasca.jurnalikhac.ac.id/index.php/munaddhomah/article/view/1759 Thu, 10 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Out-In Model Hybrid Learning Management in Improving Scientific Publications https://pasca.jurnalikhac.ac.id/index.php/munaddhomah/article/view/1665 <p>This research aims to explore the ideal model of hybrid learning management to improve the scientific publication of Graduate School Students. The unique cultural and religious diversity in this area has presented unique challenges and opportunities to build social harmony through the leadership role of kiai in strengthening inter-community cohesion. This study uses multicultural Islamic education to examine the role of Kiai leadership in promoting unity between Chinese and Muslim populations in Lenteng Timur, Sumenep. Employing a qualitative methodology and case study framework, data were gathered via observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate two principal conclusions. The Kiai utilize various strategies, such as reinterpreting religious texts within a multicultural context, differentiating between exclusive theological doctrines and inclusive social interactions, adopting a cultural perspective rooted in Madurese values, and implementing personalized approaches through interpersonal engagement. The influence of this leadership is apparent in various aspects: socially and culturally, it has promoted harmonious integration among ethnic groups; economically, it has enabled mutually advantageous relationships based on Islamic business ethics; and religiously, it has resulted in the establishment of inclusive practices characterized by distinct “boundary awareness.” This research enhances comprehension of the transformative function of religious leadership in fostering intercultural harmony using contextually relevant, faith-based educational approaches</p> Paisun Paisun, Maskuri Maskuri, Junaidi Mistar Copyright (c) 2025 Paisun Paisun, Maskuri Maskuri, Junaidi Mistar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://pasca.jurnalikhac.ac.id/index.php/munaddhomah/article/view/1897 Thu, 19 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000
