So, other parties that do not conflict with laws and regulations have a significant role to play in becoming supporting agencies in education financing. This study attempts to explore the role of the village government and the school committee in supporting education financing using a case study approach and qualitative research. The research findings contained four components: 1) educational Process effectiveness, 2) financing support, 3) the need for a plan analysis, and 4) stakeholder role urgency. Of the four components, two of them are part of the village government's role, namely the Effectiveness of the Education Process and Financing Support, and two other components, namely the Need for plan analysis and the Urgency of the Role of Stakeholders, are part of the role of the school committee. The conclusion is that the role of the Village Government in supporting education funding is by providing financial support through village meetings, which then gave birth to a program, namely "paying temporary honorary teacher salaries". However, regarding the school committee, which is still not optimal in carrying out its roles and functions, the commitment of the school committee in carrying out its role is not exemplary because the school committee still only follows directions from the school.
2024-03-20T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Asrina Saman, Fitri Nur Mahmudah, Suyatno Suyatno https://pasca.jurnalikhac.ac.id/index.php/munaddhomah/article/view/810 Scout Extracurricular Curriculum Management in Improving Student Discipline in Madrasah 2023-11-06T07:24:35+00:00 Nurcholis Panji Bayu Astra bayuastra@gmail.com Erwin Hafid erwin.hafid@uin-alaudin.ac.id Alwan Suban alwan.suban@uin-alaudin.ac.id
The phenomenon of a learning crisis occurred after the COVID-19 pandemic; discipline is one aspect that must be the main focus of schools during this learning crisis. Therefore, understanding how Madrasah Hidayatul Mubtadiin (MHM) in Lirboyo, Kediri City, as one of the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools, adapts to its environment through the implementation of Peter Senge's five learning organization (LO) disciplines is crucial. This research adopts a qualitative approach, employing a case study methodology. Data were gathered through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of LO at MHM Lirboyo Madrasah aligns well with the five disciplines of a learning organization. These include: 1) Personal mastery among teachers is demonstrated through self-reflection, exemplary behavior, diligence, and consistency in adhering to institutional rules. 2) Mental models cultivated through tolerant behavior, respect, awareness of the importance of learning, high motivation for learning, and practicing akhlakul karimah (noble character). 3) Shared vision fostered through a commitment to obeying the Kiai (religious leaders), openness, sharing of vision, and socialization of programs. 4) Team learning is facilitated through open discussions and group dialogue. 5) System thinking is promoted through the involvement of administrators, coordinated work efforts, and mutual support. This research contrasts negative assessments of pesantren, which often characterize them as rural Islamic social structures entrenched in a conservative culture, as articulated by Clifford Geertz, Ahmad Syafi'i Ma'arif, and Fuad Amsyari.
2024-04-04T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Hilmi Husaini Zuhri, Miftachul Huda
