The results showed that: 1) the planning of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan that focuses on identifying training needs has been carried out in accordance with SOP or rules, regulations of the Ministry of manpower. 2) the development of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan which focuses on internal training cooperation still occurs in the dichotomy of departments and sectoral egos and external cooperation with less developed companies and even tiered apprenticeship program cooperation no longer exists. 3) the implementation of the training Program at BLKK Al-Mizan focusing on the implementation of competency-based training (CBT) has not been fully implemented. 4) evaluation of training at BLKK Al-Mizan showed that the assessment of training services has been carried out but the results are limited to the basis for recognition of students and the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school environment. 5) support the function and use of training management at BLKK Al-Mizan to the function of improving digital literacy in the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school. Data collection uses direct interview techniques, field observations, and documenting the results. Data were analyzed using several stages starting from collecting data, sorting data by reduction, presenting data, and verifying the correctness of data. Based on observations made, learning outcomes and student activities have not been effective. The lack of use of learning devices is one of the reasons. Based modules are devices used to make students understand and know more based on the Koran and hahdits. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Islamic-based rights and obligations module in class V SDS Muhammadiyah 32 Medan. This study used an experimental method using one class as a sample. Collecting data in this study by observation and tests. The resulting data were analyzed using the t-test formula. This research aimed to examine the impact of discovery learning model based on higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) on students analytical thinking skills in learning Indonesian. The research was a quantitative approach and experiment method (quasi-experiment research), uses post-test control and experiment group design. The population in this research was the students of class X Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 1 Malang East Java, Indonesia. The sampling was taken using the cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data was a test balance. It was analyzed using SPPS with the independent sample t-test formula. The results of this research are: the significance value of variable analysis is 0.00 <0.05. It means there is an impact of the discovery learning model based on higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) on students' analytical skills. Menganalisis peneliti menggunakan dua tahap yaitu pengolahan data dan analisis data, dalam hal menganalisis data peneliti juga menggunakan dua metode yaitu analisis sebelum lapangan dan analisis lapangan dari kedua metode tersebut akan ditarik kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dilakukan dengan Teknik tersendiri, yakni dengan mengumpulkan peserta didik dengan membentuk lingkaran, lalu kemudian pendamping atau konselor berada ditengah dan memberikan pengarahan tentang bahaya gadget. Faktor-faktor penyebab siswa mengalami kecanduan gadget adalah berasal dari berbagai tempat yang terhubung langsung dengan peserta didik. Hal ini mencakup lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan masyarakat sekitar. The purpose of this research is to get a description of the development of noble character through a program of child-friendly schools. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the research, it is known that a lack of understanding of teachers and the school community about the relevance of the policy development of noble character through the implementation of the program of child-friendly schools. It becomes an opportunity for problem-solving learning by formulating an alternative to overcome the problems encountered, through the strategy conceptual form of practical tips program, child-friendly schools, then through group discussions guided (Focus Group Discussion). Which was attended by the Head of school and teachers, supervisors SRA DKI Jakarta Province Head of JUNIOR high school Learning and academics.
